Likely False
“The administration is defying the Supreme Court and enforcing its mail ballot rule anyway.”
The facts: On Sept. 14 the Supreme Court, 7 to 2, kept a lower court's block on the Postal Service mail ballot rule in place for this election. The President attacked the Court online. Three days later the Postmaster General told the AP that work on the system behind the rule had stopped: "There's an injunction so we're not doing anything." An internal Postal Service memo obtained by the AP says the agency will not enforce the new rules in the 2026 federal election. Attacking the Court is not defying it. If ballots in your area are held up in the mail, tell us.
