These are the incidents we have observed and sourced, not a count of everything that has happened.
Executive orders, emergency powers, or agency actions are used to rewrite who can register, how people vote, and what equipment is allowed, though the Constitution gives that power to states and Congress. So far courts have blocked the orders challenged.
