Developing Criminal charges used to influence election workers
- Warnings Federal agents review voter registration nonprofits for signs of noncitizen registration. New Jersey: at least 41 groups reviewed, with no derogatory information found on the New Jersey groups ·
Developing Threats of violence against polling places
- Warnings Bomb threats or hoax threats are called in to polling places in an earlier election. Polling places in seven New Jersey counties in November 2025: Bergen, Essex, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Passaic. None were found credible.
